Contact form. When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address, area of interest, and message you provide, together with the fact that you gave consent to be contacted.
Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region, and device and browser type. Analytics never runs unless you opt in through our cookie banner.
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address and request time to deliver the site securely and prevent abuse.
Why we use it and our legal basis
To respond to your inquiry — on the basis of your consent and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers (processors) that handle it on our behalf under contract:
Web3Forms — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
Firebase Hosting (Google) — hosts the website and processes server logs.
Google Analytics — measures site usage, only if you consent.
International transfers
As a US-based company we may process your data in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations, then delete them. Analytics data is retained for a limited period in line with the analytics provider's settings.
